1 General Terms

Joya sevan is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform, operated by Joya Sevan Entertainment Ltd., a company registered and licensed under an international gaming license. All services on joya sevan are intended solely for adults who are legally permitted to participate.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification

Joya sevan strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to use this platform. Date of birth is mandatory at registration, and joya sevan may request age verification documents at any time.

If a user is found to have registered with a false date of birth, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Joya sevan supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other major mobile banking services in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• The maximum single deposit limit is ৳1,00,000.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• No additional charges apply to deposits.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number registered to your account.

• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

7 Responsible Gaming

• Joya sevan allows users to set weekly or monthly deposit limits for their account.
• You may request a temporary suspension of your account at any time.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, contact our support team immediately.
• The Self-Exclusion option allows you to close your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Joya sevan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Opening an account using a false identity or providing inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or illegal transactions.
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed, any remaining valid balance will generally be refunded. However, in cases of rule violations, joya sevan reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance.
